Join us for a fun day of digging, collecting, and exploring at Emerald Village in Spruce Pine!
Our club will be heading to the historic McKinney Mine dumps, where members will have the opportunity to search for a wide variety of minerals and interesting specimens. Emerald Village reports that more than 100 different rocks, minerals, and gems have been found in the mine dumps, making this a great destination for both experienced collectors and those new to mineral collecting.
