Membership Agreement: I confirm my request to renew or join HCGMS and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of the Club membership including: 1. Payment of annual dues 2. Supoprting the Club's misssion and activities 3. Conducting myself in a professional and respectful manner at all times. 4. Complying with all Club rules, safety guidelines, and bylaws.
Membership is on an annual basis (January 1st - December 31st). Applicants that apply for membership during the annual show, or later, will have membership through the following year.
Club membership grants the access to monthly club meetings, club activities, field trips, digs, access to the Lapidary Club, and workshop classes.
Club members are also elligible to receive "points" for various actions and participation which will allow the member a chance to win prizes at the end of the year. For a list of our "points system" please contact our Vice President.
You must be an active member to participate in any club related activities and meetings.
Membership may be suspended or terminated for violation of club rules, or conduct deemed detrimental to the Club, following a decision by the Club's Board of Directors.
The member acknowledges participation in the Club activities is voluntary and agrees to hold the Club, its offices and/or affiliates, harmless from any liability, injury, or loss during Club events. By signing below, the Member certifies they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Membership Agreement.
